Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

The customer receives an email confirmation once their order has been validated.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

In the event of a lost, stolen, or delayed parcel, an investigation may be opened with the carrier.

Velmoura’s liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure.

9. Claims

The customer has 20 days from the date of receipt of the product to report any issue.

After this period, no claims will be considered.

Promotional offers may be made available on a limited basis.

These offers are valid while stocks last and subject to the conditions specified at the time of the promotion.

All elements of the Velmoura website remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
